POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Maximum poster size is 59.4 CM wide by 84.1 CM high.

2. Posters are required to be condensed and attractive. The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 1 meter apart.

3. Please note that during your poster session, the author should stay by your poster paper to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.

Peer Review Instructions

During the review cycle, it must not be reviewed by any other meeting or publication. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the conference and are subject to both review and editing.

The peer-review process will begin soon after the paper is found to be qualified. On submission, all papers undergo initial screening for suitability for the MEIMIE conference by the Editors. Suitable papers will be sent to at least two independent referees chosen by the Editor-in-Chief, and the reports from the referees are then considered by the Editor-in-Chief, who will make the final decision.
